As has become our tradition, we plan to gather together to pray for and celebrate the sponsored students who are graduating this year. See event info below- we hope you can join us!

Location: Chapel at UPPC
Details: Join us for a bite to eat, and a brief lesson on the Kenyan education system. We will also pray for all students who are sitting for exams during Oct-Nov 2012, especially those graduating from high school.
Whether you are able to come on Oct 14 or not, if you sponsor a child who is graduating from 8th ("Standard 8") or 12th grade ("Form 4"), please consider sending your student an encouragement card. Kenyans have a tradition of sending cards to students who are sitting for their exams to offer words of encouragement and wishes for them to do their very best. Cards can be mailed directly to the HOPE team (see address below), or bring them to the Oct 14 event to be mailed in bulk. We will also have materials available for writing encouragement cards at the Oct 14 event.
