How grateful we are, for the nice gift you send us
The sweet gift we couldn't imagine.
The pleasant gift you chose
And gave them to us
May you receive abundant blessings from the Lord.

Hopeless was our names
Debt was our family's nickname
Even our neighbors...nobody bothered
You tried your best to save our names from shame.
May you receive abundant blessings from the Lord.

Nobody wished to be associated with us
With joy, you are wonderful
You treated us more than brothers or sisters
May you receive abundant blessings from the Lord.

I wish you knew how happy we are,
We now contribute at school and home
This is possible because of you
The only thing for us to say is receive abundant blessings from the Lord.

Tears in me every minute.
Nice things I never expected of
Being an African was not my like

You Lord, a minute not to pass,
A minute without blessing an America who never select skin color.
Their goodness is like a father's.
If they get a chance her in Africa, I would have given them the mayor's seat.
